Freshness Guarantee: Flowers are perishable items. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns once delivered.

Cancellations: Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled after this period may not be refunded if preparation has begun.
