Lily Blooms offers same-day online delivery of flowers in Melbourne, Victoria, and other areas such as Coronet Bay, Corinella, Grantvile, San remo, Wonthagi, Philip island, Bass Coast, Cowes. You can also order indoor plants online with us. Same-day flower delivery services are available each day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. We open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturday 9am to 12pm and Sunday close.
Arrangements for same-day flower delivery depends on whether we are delivering to a private residence or a business, as well as the suburb. We can deliver the same day if the order is placed by 1 pm, provided the address falls within the local postcode areas that we service.
We will deliver your flower order to residential addresses by 6 pm, business addresses by 5 pm, and school addresses by 3 pm.
We may accommodate late orders in some cases, so please give us a call for more information.
If your selected delivery date falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, it will default to being delivered the next business day.
If you require a specific delivery time, please let us know as our special courier service will be required and this may have an extra charge.
We will try our best to accommodate all special requests, but it can’t be guaranteed.

We use our network within Australia and overseas for online flowers delivery services outside of the Melbourne area, and we can deliver to different parts of the world.
We will choose a florist that will provide the same style and quality as we would. However, we can’t guarantee delivery on every occasion.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We pay particular attention to the quality and freshness of the flowers that we deliver and only buy flowers only from reputable suppliers and markets.
All the flowers are delivered with a delivery card with instructions on how to look after the flowers. These care instructions can help you increase your flower’s vase life. Please note that air conditioning, heat, and other weather conditions can affect the flowers.
You can expect our flowers to last between 4-7 days. In the unusual event that the flowers do not last for at least four days, please contact us and we will arrange a new display of fresh flowers. We will need to collect the original flowers from you to examine the cause of the problem. Please note that a replacement delivery cannot be arranged if the original flowers are not available for collection.

Lily Blooms will try their best to deliver any gift, but we cannot guarantee the delivery of any product if any of the following occurs:
The recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift.
The address provided is incorrect.
Occupants are not at the location provided and do not respond to the card left by our courier.
If one of these instances occurs, we may need to judge that the delivery has been made.
Lily Blooms cannot cancel any order that has already been made up by our florist, even if the order has not yet been delivered.
In the unusual event that there is a problem with your order, Lily Blooms will work with you to find a solution, which may include resending or substitution. As each customer and gift is unique, please contact us as soon as you can to work with you to find the best resolution.
Due to the difficult nature of delivering for the following events/places, Lily Blooms cannot guarantee delivery to certain locations and times.
While we will try our best to make sure that your gift is received at the event/place, we advise you to include a secondary address for delivery. The recipient of the gift must be available at this address after the end of the event.
Delivery to difficult and remote areas may incur extra delivery fees, above that already included in the gift value. The payment of extra delivery is the customer’s responsibility, and orders cannot be delivered without this payment.
Please note: if the alternate delivery address is in a different area, and therefore requiring the services of a different supplier, additional wastage and delivery fees may apply.
Due to our products’ perishable nature, we cannot deliver flowers and gifts to PO Boxes or Locked Bag addresses.
