Delivery Information

Lily Blooms offers same-day online flowers delivery in Melbourne, Victoria, and other areas such as Seaford, Frankston, Langwarrin, Cranbourne, and other areas of South Eastern and Peninsula. You can also order indoor plants online with us.

Our shop front is open Monday through Saturday, offering same-day flower delivery services each day. However, we can’t arrange for online flowers delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Arrangements for same-day flower delivery depends on whether we are delivering to a private residence or a business, as well as the suburb. We can deliver the same day if the order is placed by 10 am, provided the address falls within the postcode area.

We deliver to residential addresses by 6 pm, business addresses by 5 pm, and school addresses by 3 pm.

We may accommodate late orders in some cases. Please give us a call for more information.

If your delivery date falls on Sunday or a public holiday, it will default to being delivered to the next business day.

If you require a specific delivery time for mother’s day flower delivery, valentine’s day flower delivery, or any other special occasion, then special courier service will be required, which may attract extra charges.

We try our best to accommodate all special requests. However, it can’t be guaranteed.

We use our network within Australia and overseas for online flowers delivery services outside the Melbourne area. We are able to deliver to different parts of the world.

We will choose a florist that will provide the same style and quality as we would. However, we can’t guarantee delivery on every occasion.

Please feel free to contact us directly to discuss your order details. It usually takes between 24-48 hours to deliver interstate and overseas orders.


Whether you are looking to buy mother’s day flowers online, valentine’s day flowers online, or indoor plants online, you can rely on us.

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We pay particular attention to the quality and freshness of the flowers that we deliver. We buy flowers only from reputable suppliers and visit the markets three times. So, we can guarantee the freshness of flowers.

All the flowers are delivered with a delivery card. You will find instructions on how to look after the flowers. These care instructions can help you increase your flower’s vase life. Please note that air conditioning, heat, and other weather conditions can have an effect on the flowers.

You can expect our flowers to last between 4-7 days. We will arrange a new display of fresh flowers in case our flowers do not last for at least four days. We will collect the original flowers from you to examine the cause of the problem. A replacement delivery can’t be arranged if the original flowers are not available for collection.

Lily Blooms will try their best to deliver any gift, but we do not guarantee the delivery of any product if one of the following occurs:

Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift.
Address provided is incorrect.
Occupants are not at the location and do not respond to the “not at home” card left by our courier.

If one of these instances occurs, we may judge that the delivery has been made.


Lily Blooms cannot cancel any order that has already been made up by our florist, even if the order has not been delivered.


It is not normally policy to refund the price of the product. However, as every customer and gift is individual, (and therefore may require a decision on a case-by-case basis), please contact us so we can determine the best solution to the problem.

Lily Blooms is also able to provide other solutions, such as resending the gift, or resending a different gift of the same value.

Time Sensitive/ Difficult/ Hospital Deliveries

Due to the difficult nature of delivering for the following events/places, Lily Blooms cannot guarantee delivery to certain locations and times.

While we will try our best to make sure that your gift is received at the event/place, we do advise you to include a secondary address for delivery. The recipient of the gift must be available at this address after the end of the event.

Delivery to difficult and remote areas may incur extra delivery, above that already allowed in the gift value. The payment of extra delivery is the responsibility of the customer and orders cannot be delivered without such payment.

Please note: That if the alternate delivery address is in a different area, and therefore requiring the services of a different supplier, Lily Blooms may not be able to assist with the redirection without wastage and delivery charges being paid to the initial supplier.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not deliver flowers and gifts to PO Boxes or Locked Bag addresses.

We do not guarantee delivery to the following timed events:

Wedding Receptions

We do not guarantee delivery to the following places:

Hospitals (especially Intensive Care Units)
Army, Airforce and Naval Bases
Secure Buildings

Timed Deliveries

Lily Blooms cannot guarantee specific delivery times for any orders other than for funerals. Whilst we offer customers the opportunity to nominate a preferred time of delivery for all other occasions it’s not possible to guarantee that these times will be achieved.
